Is commercial farming (vegetable / dairy / poultry) actually profitable in Nepal?

Short answer: Sometimes — with disciplined unit economics. Vegetables and dairy work in pockets near urban demand; poultry margins move with feed cycles. The marketing answer (“yes, hugely”) does not survive contact with monsoon.
