Kathmandu commute hacks — saving 2 hours a day

Three changes that cut my Lalitpur-to-Naxal commute from 90 minutes to 30:

1. Bike, not car. Sounds obvious. Resisted for years.
2. Leave at 7:30 not 8:30. The 60-minute shift saves 45 minutes of traffic.
3. Stopped trying to use Google Maps’ suggested route — local short-cuts via Maitighar are better.
