KU Engineering vs IOE — honest take from someone who did both kinds of internships

Did 6 months at a KU-affiliated lab and 3 months working with IOE final-year students at the same Nepali startup.

Stereotype is KU = polished, IOE = raw genius. Reality is more like: KU students are better at communication and presentation, IOE students are better at debugging weird C bugs at 2 AM. Both produce excellent engineers.

Pick the one whose campus + cost + city you can actually live with for 4 years.
