How to write a strong Genuine Student (GS) statement that won’t get refused?

The five GS prompts (paraphrased) and what to put in each.

1. Your current situation in Nepal — what you do now, who funds you, who waits for you.
2. Why this course at this institution — link to your past study and to the Australian provider’s specific units.
3. Why Australia over other countries — career outcomes, accreditation, sector-fit.
4. Career plan after the course — name the role, the employer profile in Nepal, the salary band.
5. Ties to Nepal — family, property, job offer, business — anything that anchors return.

What hurts most refusals. Generic answers. Quoting the university brochure. Claiming a return plan that doesn’t match the funder or the transcripts.
