I screen 30-50 CVs a week. The ones that consistently get a callback share three patterns:
1. Quantified impact, not job descriptions. “Reduced page load by 40%” not “worked on performance.”
2. Two pages MAX. The 5-page MBA-format CV gets skipped.
3. Clean PDF, English, no photo.
