Nepali devs being hired by Indian startups remotely — anyone else seeing this?

Three friends got offers from Bengaluru series-B startups in the last two months, all fully remote, paying INR 35-50 LPA. The trend feels new.

Is this an anomaly or a real shift? If it’s real, the local Nepal salary ceiling just moved.
